Taking the first steps together

About Sarah

I am a BACP qualified therapist, working with adults (18yrs +) in-person (Barnet) and online. I offer a blend of counselling approaches tailored to each client's particular concern or concerns, along with a non-judgmental, safe space for clients to talk, discover, and understand their individual experiences. The work can be open-ended or time-limited.

Alongside my integrative training, I have specific qualifications in working with anxiety and depression called Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression, used in the NHS Talking Therapies and hold a professional therapeutic qualification to work as a trauma-informed counsellor and offer trauma-informed skills. As well as my private clinic, I work as an anxiety and depression specialist therapist for Mind in Barnet and the Mind Hertfordshire Network.
